Context for the Task |
The discovery of electricity and then the electromagnetic spectrum has led to the rapid increase in the number of communication devices available for use. Electromagnetic waves are utilised as the carrier of information in the transfer ofmessages and information. This task will increase students understanding of the applications of wave and communication physics. The task will also enable students to be up-to-date with current technologies associated with data transfer |

In order to undertake this task you need to:
Ask your teacher for assistance if you are having difficulty
Use the library periods that you will be given in class-time to undertake some internet searches of the topic
Identify data resources, gather and process information on your chosen wave application
Carry out further research (the library is open before and after school and at recess and lunch times) Be ready to present your oral presentation on the designated day |
