    There are three processes involved in successfully answering case studies:

    STEP 1 – OVERVIEW OF THE CASE STUDY (Background Context)

    Understanding the background issues helps to understand the context of the case study.

    STEP 2 – IDENTIFYING THE PROBLEMS IN THE CASE STUDY

    1. Identifying the major problems and their causes at this stage is vital to proposing appropriate solutions later. 
    2. Re-read the case study and summarise or list the issues and/or problems.
     
    Major problem / issue: Teammates arguing
    ·         Evidence: “… when they gathered as a team that things became troubled”
    ·         Underlying Cause/s: everyone thinks they should be the leader and refuse to take orders from others, and would criticize others.
     
    Minor problem / issue: Julia said she always seeking for jobs that needs teamwork, but she can’t feel the spirit of teamwork.
    ·         Evidence:
    ·         Underlying Cause/s: she always feel like she cant join the group and she’s afraid of making mistakes in the group.
     

    STEP 3 - LINKING THEORY TO PROBLEMS AND CASE EVIDENCE
